There have been a couple of threads on this subject recently, may be worth a search?

Sorry to bring this up again  but does anyone have the part number for the long lead that you can see in the pic on here in the guide on how to fit/take it out.  Just had mine delivered and this lead is missing or is it already in the car for the plug and play factor. :-?

Sorry again but I hope I havent bought a lemon that cant be used without this lead

The long lead is only a bit of wire, nothing special. It may already be in the car. If you are really fussy then some of the breakers on here will have one. Plug & play by the way.

Mine did that once, and I just squirted a load of WD40 down each side where the mechanism is.  That cured it 8-) 8-)

Sounds like the mechanism has jammed for some reason. Remove rear shelf (can be tricky), there is a good guide on the forum, remove the blind and take the cover off the gear mechanism. Mine was doing this recently, the spindle of the smaller cog had come out of the retaining bush, popped it back in and it was fine. If you are going to test it before refitting make sure that you remove the arm as it will destroy itself if you try to operate the blind when it is not in situ.  :y
