Cool, thanks for all the replies. Sounds like a trip to wheels in motion is in order. Im used to a Nissan 200sx on coilovers, and solid rack, diff and tension rod bushes, so the omega feels very different!

Yes, compared to a well sorted 200sx an Omega is going to be.... 'different'!!!
