3.2 rear box

I have an X plate 2.5 CD saloon, I would to know if a rear box from a 3.2 omega would fit and if any tweaking of bumper would be needed.

Should fit OK. Only difference AFAIK is the 3.0/3.2 have twin outlet pipes
