heat problem

i'm getting no heat to the drivers side,passenger side is fine,have checked matrix pipes and they are hot,also removed HBV vacuum pipe,still no joy.any suggestions greatfully recieved.

Try the reset first though, press and hold auto and off for a couple of seconds until the motors start to buzz.
