window rubber

hi
can anyone tell me how the rubber strip (exterior) top of door bottom of window comes off ? is just a push up held on by clips ?

Half a dozen or so metal clips but be very careful, the rubber strip bends extremely easily. Easiest way I've found to remove it is to ease each of the clips up in turn, a bit at a time with a large flat blade screwdriver from inside.

are they the same sort of clip that holds top of door card on ???

Yes with the window down.

No, but with the door card off you can see the inner part of the clips.
