Why? is it opening and closing on it's own? If it is, try doing the last paragraph of this...

yea done that still has a mind of its own think the disk is fubar and needs replacing whin i get time just want to de-activate for the time been :y

mine on my elite cured itself with the reset procedure, and a good gentle clean around the seals and moving parts

mine had a mind of its own when there were -13 degrees celsius. probably water got around the seals and when it froze it pushed the seals applying pressure.
