I changed my rear discs at Newent and have done only 20k miles and the same one has warped again.

When I took the old one off one side had no wear, so I'm suspecting a seized caliper or corroded pins stopping one side operating?

Are they easy to refurb or is it best to swap? Anyone got one NS Rear? Are they easy to swap?

They're very easy to swap, a couple of bolts & a flexy brake hose. As you have vented discs your biggest problem would be finding one.
