Raymienets auto box issues
« on: 17 April 2011, 06:10:28 »

Ray is having auto box issues. Sadly there are severall threads on the topic making diagnosis difficult for us lot as well as poor old Ray. Personally i suspect cam sensor issue fuddling the box, but I am not that familiar with this engine.

Ray can I suggest posting all replies to this one thread, keeping all info in one place so others can see the complete story. :y
If the post disappears off the bottom you'll find it on page 2 and post again. Let's see if we can't get it sorted for you.  :)

Yes, that's a splendid idea - it makes it easier for those of us who are experiencing similar difficulties to make a judgement on what steps to take next.

I’ve read over many threads on this busy board and have noticed how many of those attracted possible solutions posted by members to a posed problem but find they were never 'signed off' by the OP as to whether or not their problem was fixed.

In such cases it would also be useful for those seeking advice to tell the rest of us if that advice worked or, if it didn't, what they eventually did to get their car back on the road.
