Central Locking

My Central Locking has ceased working. When I operate the Remote Control the indicators flash but the doors don't lock. If I use the key I can lock the driver's door but the others don't lock automatically. There doesn't appear to be a fuse to check. Any suggestions as to what could have gone wrong?
