a bit of play 12/6

i have slight play in the 12 o clock  6 oclock position on offside front ,im thinking wheel bearing is on the way out  if this is the case anyone know of good suppliers ex vx :question

If the play was in the wheel bearing you'd feel it at all positions of the wheel. ;)

More likely to be the wishbone balljoint or strut if it's at 12&6, IMHO.

Get an assistant to rock the wheel while you feel for play in each joint / bush by bridging your hand across it.

Also get somebody to stand on the brake pedal, if the play disappears then its wheelbrg, if the play is still there then it's not wheelbrg.

Elite now gone.  Bought an X-Type 4x4.  If there had been an Omega 4x4 I would have bought that instead.  We really liked the Omega, but I wanted 4x4.
