They say that nothing is impossible, but I reckon that your task might be verging on the impossible!! :o There are electrical & operating differences between the two, so unless you swapped virtually everything from the older to the newer car I reckon the answer is no.  :-/

It'd be a case of comparing one with the other, I've never contemplated the swap - it would seem to be the way to go considering the fagility of the facelift interior - but I'd imagine it would entail swapping just abut everything over.
Door cards will swap cos the doors are the same between early & late cars. Would the result be worth the effort?  :-/

Yes you could swap the door cards,
but the interior door handles are a different shape so you would have to swap then too, also the electric window switch's are in a different location on the facelift they are on the door and on the pre-facelift they are on the centre console next to the gear stick so you would have to sort out the electrics etc

It's been done between Carltons & Senators especially when people have made them selves a Senator Estate - Senator front end & Carlton front end are a bolt on swap. But it's not something I'd take on ............... not for lack of skills, but lack of effort  ;D ;D ;D

as said before - everything's possible, but this would be very very difficult.

problem areas to overcome would be mainly connected to wiring, be prepared to at the very least make an entirely new wiring loom.

I've set to to remove a dashboard three times on Omegas over the years, but never found one that isn't already broken in some way.
