sticky touch to switches
« on: 21 September 2011, 16:57:13 »

My window (both sides) and the boot swtich both seem to be covered in a sticky substance, it does not feel right but don't want to rub it off at the momnent till I know what it is.

Rubberised coating coming off. Common issue..........replace. I`ve got the front passenger side & boot switch available but only got the 4-switch driver`s bank so need to source yours from another GLS

Do not do this, that will remove the soft touch and make it worse, above only applys to pre-facelift
