NCDR1500 niggles, Part 1, CDC3

I have extended the power and CAN from CDC3 to telematics. All works OK.

I want to be able to diagnose cdc3, so have extended diag line from telematics to pin 4 (Red/White) of CDC.

But it no workio.... ....whats wrong....?

So

Diag to pin 4?
Pin 8 and 10 connected to 0V?
Access ing using tech 2 under Vectra or Zafira etc?

Before it got dark, I tried in on Omega 2003, and Astra-G 2003.
