HEADLIGHT HELP NEEDED

head lamps are facing down have not got a clue how to sort it out. i know they level themself but there not any ideas ?? if so please tell me where to look as only got this car on friay

If they're both facing down & you have self levelling HID's, first place to look is the front nearside wishbone, there's an arm for one of the sensors that might have popped off.  :y

Check if there is a level wheel to the left of the headlight on/off switch.  This adjusts the level if they are non HID and projector type.  A 99 car may or may not have had HID fitted, so worth a look....

If its an elite it will have HIDs...if so level sensors popped off or adjusters have snapped...

thanks for that. when you start her up you can here a pump or motor going near the driver side head lamp but nothing moving sorry if i sound dumb but know nothing about cars where would i find the adjustors????

Sounds like the headlight servos trying to adjust the lights...adjusters are inside the headlights and if they break the headlights generally need replacing...

That's the compressor for the self levelling rear suspension you can hear.
