Replacing power sounder
« on: 10 September 2009, 11:50:13 »

Going to replace the power sounder soon on the Facelift TD. Have read the "how to" on this so seems pretty straightforward.
Mine keeps going off at intervals and there isn't sound coming out of it when it does go off. (as read in another thread best replace because of insurance issues)
Before I go ahead anyone got a part number I should have to order one and roughly how much should it be? Also is it just a case of removing and refitting the new one or does it need to be enabled with the rest of the cars electrics etc.?....sorry I'm not that clued up on anything electrical especially cars.

GM number on casing is 09231886. Pricewise, around the £60 mark. Straightforward swapover :y
