heated set relay

i,m going to fit the elite leather into my gls inclding the heated part but where on earth do they hide the relays for the heated part :-[

I believe the fronts are switched direct, the relay(s) for the rear seats are right at the front of the base.

Thats correct, although there relays INSIDE the seat base cushions as well - but they are part of the thermostat circuit so just ignore that fact.

As has been said, the fronts are switch direct and the rears via relays which ensure that the seat is switched off as soon as the ingition is switched off - this is so the rears aren't on all the time.

Although the circuitry of the fronts is different between pre/mini & facelift cars, the rears are the same.  :y

I wished they'd switched the fronts the same as the rears ..... press on/press off SWMBO almost always leaves hers on.  :-X  ;)
