Bulbs

OK since the fiasco that was the LED bulbs from Hong Kong been considering some options. Not that I need any bulbs ATM but it's good to have some sitting around just incase.

Plenty to choose from obviously and prices vary, but what I want to know is (appart from possible legal issues) are there any dangers with whacking in 100w instead of 55w.

The bulbs that are in the car, and the projector lights themselves are the best lights I have had on a vehicle up to now, so if theres no danger of electrical damage, surely 100w bulbs would make good, bright lights brighter?

Anyone every fitted them?

Yep tried 100w for a while in mains - quite bright though not legal.

Now got Nightbreakers in - just as good if not better, and legal and easier on my battery :y

My dips are HIDs
