display shows panelwhen radio switched on

I have a ccr 2006 Bose system in my mig  - suddenly turning on the radio display shows "panel". Have just had the blind out on the rear shelf. Have I knackered something?
Can anyon.e help,please

The front panel (the large buttons) possibly isn't seated properly

Dont understand that - the front hasn't been touched. It was working while I was fastening down the rear parcel shelf, that'sthe only thing that's been out. >:(

Its a fairly common fault, and can also often be cured by removing the radio for an hour, refitting and entering the code again.

Many thanks to The Boy and Dave DND -took the unit out waited an hour or so put it back in, entered code --sorted.
