Fog/Driving Lamp Bulb Change

Hi
Is there a guide for changing the bulbs in these .
And can i confirm they are HB4's ?
Facelift manual says its a Vx job  ;D ;D

'dangle berries'. Yep, correct bulb
Reach up under bumper, disconnect connector and release bulb. (1/4 turn) Might be easier jacked up
