Change Radio Cassette to Radio CD

I want to change my original radio casette to another original radio cd to other omega.
It`s possible?

Which radio cassette do you have at the moment? (It will have a part number on the front facia)

You should get a good second hand cd headunit from someone advertising in the 'for sale' section but there are some pitfalls
- you need the security code.
- Omega CD players don't like CDRs (playing them kills the laser).
- Some cars have a BOSE amplifier and need a BOSE compatible head unit.
