Hi guys, I have a 2000 MV6..will the speakers and amp from a Bose system connect to my headunit (It comes with the loom too).

Depends what head unit you have and whether it can be configured for Bose via Tech 2

We have the cdr 600

You might want to check that number again, as CDR600 was never fitted to Vauxhall !!

CDR500 is not compatable, I have seen (only a non uk one) variant of CCR600 that was compatable, but generally they are not. Generally if single DIN you would be looking for the CCRT700 along with screen and wiring in order to use Bose.

Replace the speakers instead though, sounds far better than a BOSE downgrade

Some variants of the CCR2006 can indeed be enabled for BOSE by using a Tech2 - sadly the only real way of finding out if yours can be enabled is to try it and see, as I do not have a list of models that can / cannot be done.
