hid headlights

just brought 2 headlights complete with ballasts want to know if it is hard to wire in as mine are just standered light units any help would be greatful. ian :)

I assume you bought the ballast connectors with a short piece of loom with the Hid`s :question. If yes, swap your level motors onto the hid`s (plug & play), two wires from ballast connectors (should be brown & yellow), splice them into your existing loom that carries the dip beam connector.

is that the bit that goes to the bulb :question

Nope. You need the connector & piece of loom that plugs into the ballast...........the bulb is fed from the ballast

didn't get that bit but have got an hid kit that the ballasts have gone. looks like that sort of connection so i'll try that. cheers ian :)

They look like the right ones its just the ones I've got doesn't fit cause they are from an after market kit that i thought might fit
