0420 and 0430 are catalyst efficiency codes. Common on 3.2 engines and not much to worry about.

0650 means the malfunction indicator light circuit has been broken. Probably because someone has got fed up with the emissions light due to the cat efficiency problem and removed the bulb?

So, probably not much to worry about.
