Voltage on a fully charged battery will read 2.12 to 2.15 volts per cell, or 12.7 volts for a 12 volt battery.

As said, it's odd that yours is reading 13.22 volts. I'd be checking my meter if I read that with the engine stopped. Laws of chemistry changed or a duff multimeter?

I got the impression the OP had measured the current drain? If so, the battery has nothing to do with it. A new battery might hold out longer but if the current drain is there it will eventually drain the battery, so find out where the current is being drawn!

never had it on my meter had it checked were got battery from, its a full winter battery leaves me with half inch gap when lid closed, never had problem with it..

All sorted now thanks to elite pete. Fitted new
allternator (as well as other work) on friday every thing is ok now.
