Since Jan 2nd, also lost nearly 2 stone in weight. the weight loss is having an impact on my rugby

xmas 2006 i stopped for 13 weeks, this yr i stopped for 1 day, no willpower, patches were making me ill

ive found i smoke less now smoking ban in pubs, cant be bothered to go outside, even when i worked in dublin 2 summers ago i didnt bother going outside for ciggie much. hospital made my dad pack up before he had his double hernia op and hes been a smoker for over 50 yrs, that was last yr and hes still stopped, hes 78 and looks well to be honest.
