Interesting but not surprising survey. Where did it all go wrong? :'(

Know what you mean mate. If you're lucky enough to have a job and doubly lucky enough to enjoy it!

I get fed up with all this negativity.... The article says that 1 in 10 are considering emigrating..... which means that 9 in 10 are considering staying!!!  ::)

Yes life can be a struggle here and the weather is mostly crap, but shangri-la dosn't exist.... every country has it's problems!!  I've lived and worked in a few different countries, both developing and developed and have thoroughly enjoyed the experiences I've had.  But the lot of the common working man is broadly similar to a certain degree ie it's a struggle!

The difference is that in some places the struggle is putting food on the table, whereas in others it's a struggle paying the SkyTV subs or putting fuel in the car!!

We've alot to be thankful for here in Great Britain and we should celebrate that!! and not slag it off all the time........  Rant over! :-X

and another thing..... Cem's right in saying that a sunny climate dosn't mean you are comfortable! Trying living in a hot country if you can't afford to buy or run AC!!  :'(

and another thing....... Cem's also right in saying safety is important. Which of course it is! But how many of us here in Great Britain have bars over our windows? Not many! How many of us have 10ft fences with barbed wire around our properties? Not many!  Many of us leave our cars in the street! My mates Argentinian father in law was amazed by this when he visited.....  :o
