Under-steer is when the front of the car hits the wall, and over-steer is when the rear of the car hits the wall.
Power is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how much of the wall you take with you.

blimey well thats a nice greeting on a fourm you lot seem to be a nice bunch i hope there isnt any bi*chy ness like other fourns iv been on cheers for the welcome and when i can i will get the pics uploaded :)
