Felt piece is in the door card insert that surrounds the pin.

Or to put it another way. Remove door card(and look in the door pin hole you'll see the felt set within it) remove clip from behind/under door card that holds the surround in place this is the expensive bit. Remove surround from door card, on the side of the surround are two plastic clips, de press those and pull out the inner/centre, then remove the felt piece...as the pic.

...although the the three parts pictured are supplied as one afaict.
