Yeah, took couple of k to calm down.  Even now, its still rattly cold, but soon calms down.

I should consider 24 known good lifters, but I don't believe its much of an issue given my anal thing about warming up and cooling down before being to hard with it

The lifter treatment worked for me.my Omega was stood for several months before I took charge of it and was quite clicky until I added a can of wynns.

worked wonders on a 1.6 vectra i sold..been stood 6 months and had a almighty rattle..put the wynns in and cured it.
