No that's what you get when you pass your driving test nowadays.
They even take your provisional and get Swansea to send out your full licence, but for what we will have to wait and see. ;D
It was much easier in the stone age. Mr Henderson either said yay or nay, that was it ;D

I seem to remember the examiner giving me the "Pleased to tell you you've passed" speech and handing me a chit to send to Swansea for a full licence.

You must be confusing me with the Pikey Pensioner.
I believe his test was more expensive as he had to pay the man with the red flag to walk in front.

I heard the Pikey Pensioner had to take his driving test on horseback, as cars weren't invented for another 50yrs...
