I think each picture pulled a different string, the before and after picture showing such a peaceful scene and then total devastation..... :o :o

Some of those I don't think should have been taken though - I know it's an age-old argument, but I don't think photoing someone at a time of huge personal distress is right. Main one being the guy clutching at he 9/11 memorial.

 Maybe "should have been taken" isn't the right way to put it. More so, I'm a great believer in "if it's in public, feel free to take a photo" but I wouldn't be comfortable behind the camera for some of them.
