Up until recently the fans on the climate control would spool up after about 30 seconds of the car being started until the selected temperature was reached, now they don`t spool up until about 3 or 4 minutes meaning the cabin isn`t getting up to temperature as quick as it was and now the weather is turning colder I`d like to find out why.
I know it`s quite a complicated system so I`m hoping it`s something simple like a lazy air sampling fan but it probably won`t be

I think it's intentional. The fans don't start blowing until there is a little bit of heat available. In colder weather the engine is taking 3-4 minutes to reach a temperature where the climate system decides the heat is there.

Thanks Andy, that makes sense, just don`t remember it doing it early this year when I bought it which is why I thought something was wrong. My memory isn`t what it was
