chillie sauces
« on: 12 December 2011, 19:04:15 »

I bought some encona west Indies red chillie  pepper sauce Friday and nearly for some home made kebabs. it was lethal even though i don't mind hot spices now and then.

Just found this one on the internet that's has quite an interesting name to it.  ;D ;D

I've decided to stay away from hot spicy food, I don't mind the taste but its the morning/day after. When I drop the kids off at the pool its like passing Napalm and I need to carry some rough sand paper with me all day just to relieve the itching ;D

i have a bottle of something called 100%pain in the cupboard,  i seriously don't have the balls to open it and use it....  it was a gift from my son....      but i think i'll just let it mature for about 100 years....

I tried that once.. the least pleasant pizza I've ever (attempted) to eat! I never could understand the 'hot for the sake of hot' food thing..

This is a mate of mine from work:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y70yD5p9RxA&feature=relmfu

He's the founder of the Clifton CHilli Club and while sailing last summer half of the chilli in the first video made it in to the chilli I was making thanks to another idiot on the boat.  It took a while before it was paletable and a lot of doctoring.  The first mouthful of it made my entire mouth numb for 6 hours.
