......they come with a free spade!
« on: 21 December 2011, 12:07:57 »

That`s what I was once told after I`d I naively bought a Blue Faced Leicester ram for my mountain-farm`s sheep flock....for, in wryly saying it, the old farmer stood next to me at the auction, knew-well, that although they were good Sires, they couldn`t stand anything like the winter chills `my farm endured.  :-[

......the seeming raft of crank-sensor 'possibles' on OOF of late; reminded me that Omega`s are a bit like my Ol`Blue (poor lad; `only lived `till just after the first snows):
"They really should come with a spare crank sensor holder in the boot!" :D

...and an Hbv, and wishbones, and cam cover seals, and, and...

But to be fair, once the jobs are done they tend to last a good time unless substandard parts are used

True. Thinking more that, given my hbv is still sitting on an intact plastic bracket, that it's original, along with the crank sensor, I should perhaps get one of each in. Although the other two jobs are done. So only a small shadow board. :)
