Is it possible to replace the covering on the handbrake? The handle itself, not the gaitor?

Cheers Matt. Any idea how to remove the existing one? The leather is really worn away and I had thought about trying to replace it, though never thought of an aftermarket one. Was just thinking about a better condition replacement. Food for thought though .....
