Sit in the passenger seat with the seat back in a decent supportive position and then make your mind up. I know when ever I travel in a friends my head is on the roof liner.

You will find they go through suspension components the same as the Omega and suffer sensor issues etc as you would expect.

I personaly dont find them that capable in a corner, an Omeag would leave them standing on that front every day of the week.

Downsides, juicy, might be a bit big for her, more tax more insurance, 70k miles is a bit high(although she's doing very few miles a year ATM) AND it's not a Golf.

At least it's got something going for it. ;)

Hard to fathom, but in the US the is300 was marketed as a "kids" car - i.e. for the 16+ year old who had just past their test and mummy/daddy buys them a new car as a pressie!

After the guy sold it he told me it was averaging 23-24 mpg locally which was about what my Omega was doing at the time,I didn't think to ask when I looked at it as I saw v8 and thought NO ! ;D
