Do what we used to do, send them to Australia. They have even got plenty of iron-ore quarries where there are plenty of rocks for them to break. 

We should give proper prison sentences, like in the US, where life is normally followed by the words no parole. If the prisons are too full take a leaf out of the US system, put them in tents and make them wear pink romper suits.
