I’ve been married 33 years now so I guess the ex factor doesn't really apply.

I don’t mind saying that my heart still misses a beat when I look at her as she continues to make her way through this life.

To say that I would be lost without her would be a gross understatement as she has counselled me when I was in need of clear direction, looked after me when I was ill, stuck by me during some very uncertain times, accepted the dangerous and often times unpleasant nature of my former employment and loved me without question when I didn’t really deserve it.

I know that on each and every occasion I look at her I have had the privilege of knowing a fine human being and one without whom my own life would have been greatly diminished in purpose.

Yet again Den, you eloquently paraphrase outquote my thoughts and mirror my circumstances.

Thanks.
