Cold,severe dry cough and headaches. After a 12hr shit at work like this im not fit for sod all when i get home. been like it 3 days now and the 2nd bout since xmas.. its during the night 5ami feel it the most.  :(

coughs and colds are for wimps - I do not get them - maybe a sniffle now and then.

I don't take pills, potions or anything else except as absolute last resort  - lifestyles today reduce body's resistance - never been wrapped up in cotton wool and if feeling a bit lethargic - get in shower and get to work

my wife gets coughs all the time and spends ages with all kinds of vapours and albas oil - maybe I get immunity from passive inhalation  - she  also uses the steamers. I am sure this lot makes resistance much less - her coughs last for weeks as well
