NCDC 2015 - CD Changer Stuck

Hi Guys.

I have a NCDC 2015 with cd changer, My problem is i cant eject it, it was fine always, but now it does not eject , i can hear it trying to eject but it will not pop out.
I have try pulling it when i press the eject button, tried with thin knife etc etc.. but it will not pop all the way out.

Can any one HELP plz.. Driving me MAD :-[

Take it apart & remove the top of the CDC3 to get cartridge out

Will i have to put the code in once the unit is removed?
When i purchased the car it never came with the code. is there away of getting the code from the unit as its working now?

NCDC`s are paired with the display and coded to the engine ECU, so no need for code input on removal/replacement

As RobG says, you need to strip the unit, and dismantle the magazine in situ.

Be careful not to bend the mechanism, and read the guide on changing the CDC3 for disassembly instructions.
