Rusty fuel pipe leaking

Having derusted the metal fuel line it is obviously fooked and needs replacing, whats the spec of this pipe i.e what size pipe do I need to buy?

I think I would be looking to cut out the rusty section and join with good pipe, possibly rubber fuel hose, instead of replacing the whole lot :-\
