torch lights are prohibited some time ago..  but I dont think police will be successful to stop completely..

Eskişehir is one of the big cities.. and unlike some others there are many universities which change the city culture..
 
also there are many immigrants from europe ( some hundred years ago - from old ottoman lands)  at the time and their civilization level is much better than my city (Ankara) and many others ..  :y
