Been printing cars out all day for my Dad, trying to find him a little runabout  ::)

he`s just rang me and said "son...  i've bought a 1996 P reg Rover 600 Turbo Diesel with 70,000 on the clock, full history, 2 owners, all receipts for all work, MOT`s etc etc, its got 6 months road tax on it, and 10 Months MOT

ROVER!!!!! Aaarrgghhhhhhhhhhhhhh   :o

great bodywork on it, no rust, purrs like a kitten, goes like stink, yes! really!

16 year old car

all for the sum of £600 cash   :)

hope he aint made that bad a mistake! lol

i have searched for reviews on this car and cant find a bad word about it

at least hes off my case now ha ha ha   :y

Not bad cars. Good engine, bit underpowered by today's examples, fairly economical - should average mid 40s. Reasonable ride, double wishbone suspension, and pretty comfy. Spec is a bit spartan.

i know!! but its a ROVER!!!   ;D

come to think of it, my Omega has rust and its a 1998 car, his is a 1996 and has NONE

for gods sake!!    >:(

I had a 620ti a few years back,200bhp and went very well indeed for what looked like a "gramps" car :y :y

Bought one cheap once, in about 2001 was a 1996, so not old, what a bag of shit  >:(. Comfy though.
