Tbh, if your mot man's anything like mine, if the car looks like its been maintained underneath they don't seem to look too hard  ;)

Personally, i'd get myself a can of white greese and empty it over any copper brake pipes I can find.
If you have any copper slip greese, stick some on the moving linkages at the back of the handbrake linkages / disc backplate and on the adjusters for the tracking  ;)

Other then that, general stuff like bulbs, washers and wiper rubbers  :y

why do you have grease copper brake pipes?

They'll normally be Kunifer or Steel, and hence prone to rusting. Copper work hardens so isn't generally used for brake lines.

Copper is a brilliant material for brake pipes, it's a doddle to work, and it doesn't rust (the Statue of Liberty hasn't failed it's MOT). Grease is often put on copper pipes to prevent Verdigris in salt water areas.
