We need to fix the bike and get it back together first and you need to see a Physio.

You won't need the clock anytime soon. In fact why have you got time read a clock anyway. Big pussy. ;D
I do ride slowly, always have.  Always accutely aware that modern road users have never riden a bike, and lack that awareness.  Added to that, everytime I get the old girl up to speed, I remember its 23yrs old ;D

Don't be gay!
What bit is gay, having a clock, or being too stupid to set it ;D
Both ;D ;D

Why do you need a clock on it anyway? ::)
I use it for commuting ;)

So leave with enough time and you don't need to look at the clock ::)

Anyway, as others have stated, you aren't going to be in a fit state to use it this summer so don't worry about it ;)

Sadly, its a journey where its easy to get screwed. Its taken me 3hrs (in a car) to get in before, in fine weather. Even on a bike, that amount of traffic will cause delays.

I don't particularly want to go hell for leather all the time, rather gently, effortlessly cruise in. Clock helps that ;)

I repeat my initial comment...... Enough time means a bit to spare ;) Traffic shouldn't have much more than a 20-30 min impact on your commute by bike surely :-\

You need a Tom Tom.  :y

That will give you your ETA, so you can apply the requisite amount of haste as required.
