Drive away insurance

Does anyone know if a 17 year old could get put on 7 days drive away insurance? Anyone have any ideas?

Can't see how they could refuse. Unless it actually states in any advert an age limit then surely they duty bound to honour it. Dad just bought a car and got 7 day cover with the sale. Insurance was with Aviva, so reasonably good company.

Can't see how they could refuse. Unless it actually states in any advert an age limit then surely they duty bound to honour it. Dad just bought a car and got 7 day cover with the sale. Insurance was with Aviva, so reasonably good company.

That's handy, because I'm looking at getting my son to move a car about for about a week, so he obviously needs to be insured.

Drive away insurance is free normally for 7 days  :y However reading into this, I doubt he'll get it, 21 looks to be minimum  >:(
