does anyone know of a good place to get a blaupunkt radio decoded near swanley kent and whats the rough price  ta very much

Don't know about Kent, but it cost me £10 for a decode in Birmingham.

Try Dave DND who tends to hang out in the Electrical and ICE section.  I think Blaupunkt may need to be done via recoding, not sure.
