Saw a few like that - though not quite as bad - in USA after a hurricane .. :(

Frederick  I think it was .. few years back ... hit the East coast down towards Florida very badly.  :(

Edit : It wasn't Frederick .. it was Hugo - 1989 .. We were in South Carolina 3 days after it hit ... :(  very, very messy
