Reset Trip Computer
« on: 17 May 2012, 15:20:42 »

Found out today that if you hold the reset button down for around 3 seconds on the trip computer stalk,
it resets every value.

Was messing around at the petrol station (as I reset all values every time I fill up - force of habit) and thought there must be a quicker way to reset all, without doing them individually.

It may be in the manual - but have never bothered to check (just before people start posting links to the owners manual with the page number highlighted..lol)

BTW petrol is 132.7p at Asda

No, not on a MID (your one) but you can on GID or CID (NCDC HU).

I can do it on mine - i'm sure mine is a MID.
(Had a CCR2006 - so not Satnav or Telephone).

When you hold it down to reset, 3 or 4 **** appear to tell you its reset all values.
