weather he as cctv or not they have too prove that you was there...regardless if your car was there or not...it could have been someone who looks like you???

Both his car and him were there. He said so. It's also difficult to argue with a person if you are not present.

Del. See what CCTV or any other proof they have. If not anything significant, then play the "I don't really remember specific details" card if I were you. "Yes, Officer we had a few words, but cannot really remember what even started it......."

Personally I think the "no comment" phrase implies guilt - at the very less being bloody minded. Play along a little, be pleasant, and even if you hate the buggers, forget your feeling for that moment as you don't want the trouble. A little bullsh1t pandering may not go amiss. "I really didn't mean anything by whatever I said etc etc. Sorry if he/she felt insulted etc etc smelly stuff smelly stuff bla bla."
But limit what you say to a minimum not to talk yourself around in circles.

"You're parked on my foot" springs to mind.  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Just had the Police round for an incident which occurred in march with a traffic warden. They've got to come back and see me tomorrow morning around 9am, what I was wondering is there a legal time limit they have for coming round to investigate? Basically a very attitudy (is that a word?), traffic warden said I gave him a load of mouth etc etc, although I was in my car and he was on the path? Any ideas?

When did this become a crime?  ???

It's verbal assault apparently. Anyway it's hopefully all sorted now.
